About the Role:

Front Desk Specialist to join our growing team in Franklin-with the flexibility to also work from our Brentwood location.


This role is ideal for someone friendly, tech-savvy, organized, and creative. You’ll be the first face our members and guests see and will play a key role in everything from front desk operations and sales support to managing social media and marketing content.


What You’ll Do:


  • Greet and assist guests and members with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phone calls, route messages, and handle mail and deliveries
  • Manage daily front desk operations and maintain a polished, welcoming environment
  • Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Design flyers, newsletters, and event promos using Canva and ChatGPT
  • Support workspace sales when needed
  • Coordinate member move-ins and move-outs with attention to detail
  • Help plan and execute on-site events and community-building activities
  • Maintain accurate records across platforms and manage vendor relationships
  • Ensure shared spaces are clean, stocked, and organized


What We’re Looking For:


  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, coworking, sales, or customer service
  • Strong marketing skills, especially with social media platforms, Canva, and ChatGPT
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • A people-person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools
  • Confident in conducting tours when the General Manager is not available and having light sales conversations
  • A positive attitude, strong sense of initiative, and willingness to wear many hats

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
