Job Duties:
§ Maintains a clean and safe reception area.
§ Greets visitors in person, by email, or by telephone.
§ Records and enters information into a computer system, prepares correspondence, receipts, and/or other documents.
§ Verifies accuracy of records and scans records for quality compliance.
§ Routes messages, and answers the phone.
§ Uses basic office equipment such as copy machine, fax machine, scanner, and computer.
§ May be required to perform other related duties.
