Shoreline View & King Apartments LTD needs someone strong in the front line. Greeting customers professionally, answering phones for our future clients and current residents. Scheduling appointments, working with emails, taking payments.. We would like someone with sales experience since the job may require the leasing agent position, we would like that role to be filled from reception by earning a promotion into a leasing agent.
Handling paperwork, following rules and regulations, company policies. Memorizing, multi-tasking, team effort, communication, punctual, dependable and good work ethic. Working with our residents personally will allow you to grow within our company quickly with high values in customer service.
