Front Desk Receptionist to join our Tempe location. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys being the welcoming face of an organization that makes a difference in the community.As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. Your role is essential in creating a warm, responsive, and secure environment. You'll manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and maintain the reception area to ensure it reflects the professionalism of our facility.
- Greet and assist visitors in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Issue visitor badges and monitor access per hospital policy
- Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and hospital guidelines
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming for visitors
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain a Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, 8-hour shifts
- On-site position (Tempe, AZ)
