Job Description
We are looking for a bright and intelligent individual who will be a great asset to our team here at Red Roof Inn Gulfport, MS. We require at least 1 years of hotel experience and must have exceptional customer service skills. Please do not contact the hotel as we will reach out to you if we feel it is necessary.
- Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
- Accommodate guest requests
- Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
- Up Selling guest rooms
- Handling cash payments and balancing transactions
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area, lobby, and laundry room
- Assist with laundry or be assigned laundry duty during shift
- Standing for several hours and lifting up to 30+lbs
- Day shift
- Night/second shift
- Overnight
- Weekends (mandatory)
