We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties


  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest inquiries and reservations.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing reservations through phone systems and online platforms.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.


Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
