What You’ll Do As A Freight Broker:


  • Prospect, engage, and close new shipper accounts via phone, email, and networking
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Negotiate rates and coordinate shipments with carriers and shippers
  • Use systems to prospect customers, quote, and track shipments.
  • Communicate proactively to ensure smooth delivery and resolve issues
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets


Compensation & Structure:


  • 1099 Contractor Position
  • Hourly Pay: $16.50/hr (in-office)
  • Commission: 50% of gross profit for loads you cover for your customers.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with phone/email outreach and relationship building
  • Based in or willing to commute to Wichita, KS or Emporia, KS
