Form Yard/ Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities will be to assist the labor force in the warehouse and rental division complete their daily tasks. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to work both indoors and outdoors, all weather conditions, follow instructions, follow safety procedures, and maintain a safe and clean working environment. The position requires heavy lifting, pushing and pulling of items up to 80 lbs.

• Load and unload trucks efficiently and swiftly while maintaining safety protocols.
  
• Pack and unpack products in the yard and warehouse.
  
• Store items in the warehouse and yard based on the existing layout and instructions from the Yard Foreman.
  
• Examine and inspect orders before packing to ensure all instructions are adhered to.
  
• Maintain equipment and communicate issues to Yard Foreman.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  
• Safety standards are followed.
  
• Inventory is accurately stored.
  
• Yard is kept clean and free of hazards.
  
• Picking protocols and procedures are followed and adhered to.
  

• High school diploma/GED.
  
• Must be 18 years of age.
  
• Good communication and organizational skills.
  
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions. .
  
• Physical Requirements:
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
  
• Ability to climb stairs.
  
• Ability to climb a ladder.
  
• Ability to reach overhead.
  
• Ability to bend, lift, push and pull.
  
• Ability to operate machinery (i.e. forklifts)
