We are seeking a dedicated and experienced /Foreman to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in construction management, along with the ability to lead teams effectively while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various construction management and tools, enabling them to manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control efficiently while being able to maintain their own tasks on job sites.
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including cost estimation and resource allocation for projects.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the construction process.
- Strong understanding of construction processes.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret complex schematics accurately.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising teams within a construction environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
