Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional food styling and photography experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands
  
• Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in food, beverage, and interior photography - ideally with an upscale yet approachable aesthetic
  
• Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One)
  
• Strong eye for composition, color, and detail - with an understanding of the Vandelay visual aesthetic
  
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  
• Bonus: Experience with video production/editing and familiarity with social media content trends

• The Food Stylist / Photographer will play a key role in shaping the visual story of Vandelay Hospitality Group
  
• This creative professional will style and capture compelling food, beverage, and restaurant photography that reflects the warmth, energy, and elevated aesthetic of our brand
  
• The role will support marketing initiatives across digital platforms, in-restaurant collateral, and brand campaigns
  
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to plan and execute food and lifestyle photoshoots for all VHG restaurant concepts
  
• Style menu items and beverages to emphasize their appeal, ensuring each shot reflects our polished yet inviting style
  
• Photograph dishes, cocktails, interiors, team moments, and brand events for use across web, social media, email, and print
  
• Edit and retouch photos to maintain consistency with brand standards
  
• Curate and maintain an organized digital asset library for easy use across teams
  
• Monitor visual trends in hospitality, food, and luxury lifestyle to keep Vandelay�s imagery fresh and distinctive
  
• Assist with occasional short-form video content (e.g., reels, TikTok, behind-the-scenes)
  
• Manage equipment, props, and styling kits for both on-location and studio shoots
