A Food & Beverage Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the Horn & Cantle Restaurant and Saloon, ensuring every guest experience reflects warmth, excellence, and authentic hospitality. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations including service quality, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall experience. This role is integral to the culture of our resort, ensuring the food and beverage program not only meets but elevates the expectations of our guests through intentional, detail-oriented service. The Food & Beverage Manager fosters an atmosphere of connection and care-both for guests and team members-while driving operational excellence.
