Food and Beverage Manager

Grupo Inmobiliario In Realta is a visionary real estate group that integrates hospitality, culture, and innovation. We are currently hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to lead operations at one of our affiliated hospitality properties in Puerto Rico.

This role is ideal for a strategic, service-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for elevating guest experiences through exceptional food and beverage operations.

What You’ll Do

Operational Oversight

• Manage daily F&B operations including restaurant, bar, and special event service.
  
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
  
• Oversee all FOH and BOH teams in coordination with the Executive Chef.
  

Leadership & Staff Development

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant and bar staff.
  
• Lead team meetings, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  
• Promote a collaborative, respectful, and high-performance culture.
  

Guest Experience

• Deliver a consistent, elevated, and personalized service experience.
  
• Resolve guest feedback and special requests with professionalism and care.
  
• Maintain high standards in food presentation, service, ambiance, and cleanliness.
  

Financial Management

• Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
  
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on pricing strategies and cost control.
  
• Prepare and review regular sales and operational reports.
  

Marketing & Brand Development

• Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns, seasonal promotions, and private events.
  
• Bring creative input to menus, experiences, and themed dining concepts
  

Who You Are

• Education: Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  
• Experience: 3-5 years in a management role within a restaurant or hotel food & beverage operation.
  
• Skills:
  
• Strong knowledge of POS and inventory systems (e.g., Clover, OpenTable).
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and customer-focused.
