Join our Special Projects Team! We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to handle floor care and deep cleaning projects at different job sites. If you like working with your hands, using equipment, and keeping things clean, this job is for you.
- Clean and maintain floors (scrub, wax, buff, carpet clean, etc.)
- Use floor equipment like scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
- Safely mix and use cleaning chemicals
- Handle trash and cleanup at job sites
- Respond to special or emergency cleaning needs
- Keep a positive attitude with customers and teammates
- Report supply needs or equipment issues
- Clock in/out and secure keys/codes properly
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver�s license (for travel between sites or driving company vehicles)
- Floor care or janitorial experience is a big plus
- Comfortable working independently and staying on task
- Able to lift 25-60 lbs, bend, twist, and use ladders
- Willing to work in different weather and building conditions
- Every day is different, with an opportunity to cross train in multiple specialties
