Regional Fire Protection LLC. has an exciting opportunity for a Fire Sprinkler Forman out of our Williamsport, Maryland Office.


Sprinkler Forman are pipefitting specialists in the fire protection industry. This includes the installation and repair of fire sprinkler systems. We need a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic but also is eager for a challenging position where they can bring diverse thoughts and ideas to a family-oriented work environment with a work hard, play hard mentality.

To perform this job successfully, a Fire Sprinkler Forman must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.


Job Description:


  • Install, repair and maintain all types of fixed fire sprinkler systems, including underground piping
  • Responsible for installing and servicing a variety of other fire protection equipment such as standpipes, foam systems and Fire Pumps
  • Responsible for operating with minimal supervision while performing work
  • Daily communication with Project Manager and/or Superintendent


Qualifications:


  • Must have at least 3 years' experience as an installing fire sprinkler fitter.
  • Should be able to show substantial experience to enter into the position of a journeyman or foreman.
  • Work experience and project history will be considered.
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma OR GED required
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willing to lift up to at least 50 pounds
  • Willing to climb ladders
  • Strong mechanical background is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA 13
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
