Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate clear, confident communication to guide guests through menu offerings, wine pairings, and recommendations
  
• Facilitate smooth pacing and table turnover with attention to timing and precision
  
• Follow established service procedures, including order entry, food running, cash handling, and guest recovery
  
• Support the entire front-of-house team by stepping into support roles when needed to maintain seamless service
  
• Share insightful knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the surrounding area to enrich the guest experience
  
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization across the dining area
  
• Uphold Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics as part of delivering a world-class dining experience
  

Qualifications:

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
  
• Strong interest or knowledge in wine, craft cocktails, and elevated cuisine
  
• Calm, professional demeanor and team-first attitude
  
• Strong multitasking skills with a focus on service flow and attention to detail
  
• Commitment to cleanliness and safe work practices
  
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
• Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
  
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  
• Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
  
• Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand
