Fine Dining Server

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the fine dining experience. You will be responsible for providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service, knowledge of our menu, and a commitment to excellence.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
  
• Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly.
  
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout service.
  
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely service.
  
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
  
• Provide exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  

• Previous fine dining experience is required; familiarity with upscale restaurant environments is preferred.
  
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
  
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy service periods.
  
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  
• Experience in the food industry, including knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
