Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Marketing Department has an immediate opening for a Financial Wellness Coordinator! As a Financial Wellness Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Primary point of contact for financial education, responsible for managing and responding to both internal and external workshop requests, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring the successful delivery of presentations and workshops.
  
• Maintaining accurate and current program data within Salesforce, enabling the team to effectively track engagement and measure program impact.
  
• Supports the promotion and utilization of digital education tools, such as EVERFI, by assisting members and employees in accessing and navigating these platforms.
  
• In addition to outreach and engagement responsibilities, the role includes assisting with the preparation of reports, monitoring budget expenditures, and maintaining educational materials and resources.
  
• Collaborates closely with internal departments and external partners to strengthen financial literacy efforts and ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of financial wellness programming.
  

This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $26.32-$32.90; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Monday-Friday 8-5

You must have an associates degree in a field relatable to TFCU, and two years of experience related to event planning and coordination, or financial education and wellness programming are required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education.

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU�s chosen authority.
  
• Valid driver�s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  

In order to be successful as a Financial Wellness Coordinator you must possess these qualifications:

• Ability to use the Internet as a research tool.
  
• Ability to recognize physical hazards and take action to rectify.
  
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, employees, and members.
  
• Strong communication skills.
