- Build and maintain relationships
- Stay current on industry tools, products, and best practices
Average Full-Time Agent Annual Earnings:
- Entry Level (0-3 years): $65,000
- Mid Level (4-7 years): $284,000
- Senior Level (8-10 years): $500,000+
