- Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal structure and profitability
- Previous experience in an F&I role (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of finance programs, warranties, and insurance products
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- High ethical standards and attention to compliance and detail
