Finance Accounting Manager

Model Graphics and Media, Inc. since 1984 has been a well-established and respected privately owned and managed label printing company in West Chester Ohio. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Model Graphics team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and corporate accounting. This role is responsible for managing and participating in the department's operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. Prepping for end of year annual meetings, including tax planning with the business owners and CPA.

• Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Oversee double entry bookkeeping processes and maintain the integrity of financial data.
  
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Fostering a collaborative team environment.
  
• Keeping good relationships with the bank and making recommendations to management.
  
• Supporting and working with co-workers in all departments.
  

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role in corporate accounting.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software, Label Traxx and Microsoft PBI are a plus.
  
• Solid understanding of double entry bookkeeping and regulatory reporting requirements.
  
• Experience with accounts payable processes and payroll management is highly desirable.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $74,286.80 - $89,463.67 per year
