Field Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations in the field.The Field Superintendent will be responsible for supervising roofing crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety protocols, and serving as the key point of contact between the office and field teams.
· Supervise daily field operations on multiple job sites
· Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to ensure timely project completion
· Inspect work to ensure it meets company standards and local codes
· Communicate effectively with general contractors, subcontractors, and in-house teams
· Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and site photos
· Enforce all safety guidelines and conduct regular job site safety checks
· Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues in a timely and professional manner
- Lead onsite planning and progress meetings
- Communicate scope to and develop plans of action with crew leads
· Minimum
10 years of experience in roofing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role· Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· OSHA 10 and 30 certification is a plus
· Bilingual is also a plus
