We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to build, install, maintain, and support electromechanical equipment both in-house and at customer sites. This role involves machine assembly, troubleshooting, and customer support-including travel (domestic and international, up to 2 weeks at a time).
- Assemble machines per engineering drawings
- Support onsite installations and training
- Perform service calls and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment remotely and in-person
- Work closely with engineering and production teams
- Read and redline electrical/mechanical drawings
- Use mechanical/electrical tools safely and effectively
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic software tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid passport and be open to travel
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Machining, welding, or food manufacturing experience
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills
- Shop floor and customer site environments
- Requires lifting, bending, standing, and PPE use
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.34 - $43.92 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
