The Field Sales representative, also known as Sales Engineer plays a vital role by interpreting the clients’ technical requirements, and communicating service features that our company can offer. They must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is responsible for selling new prospects, as well as circling back to existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels.This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary from time to time.
