Field Representative in the Fargo metro area to support local dealerships and represent our industry-leading finance and protection programs. If you're confident with people, motivated to succeed, and want more freedom in your day-to-day, this could be a great fit - whether you’re experienced or ready to break into a new career.- Work directly with local dealerships to introduce and support our F&I products
- Build strong relationships with owners, GMs, and finance teams
- Provide in-person training and help dealership staff succeed with our programs
- Keep your CRM up to date and stay organized with your daily activity
- Own your schedule and territory with independence
- Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive or warranty is a plus, not required)
- Great communication and people skills
- Confidence, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Valid driver�s license and reliable transportation for local travel
- A positive, coachable attitude and the drive to succeed
