Field Representative in the Boise metro area to work directly with local dealerships and introduce our premium finance and protection products. You’ll build trusted relationships, drive dealership revenue, and have the tools, training, and support to grow your own territory. Top performers regularly earn over $100,000 per year - with no cap on income.- Visit dealerships in your area to introduce and support our F&I products
- Build strong relationships with owners, managers, and sales teams
- Deliver product presentations and training to improve dealership results
- Track all activity and progress in our CRM each day
- Manage your own schedule and territory with independence
- A positive attitude and confidence in working with people
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver�s license
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Sales or dealership experience is helpful - but not required
- Weekly base pay plus uncapped commission
- Full training and hands-on support
- Monday-Friday schedule, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
