Field Representative to support our dealer partners in the Des Moines area.Whether you have automotive experience or simply the drive to succeed, this is a rare opportunity to build something of your own. - Build strong relationships with dealerships across the Des Moines area
- Introduce our suite of F&I products and deliver in-person support
- Train dealership staff to improve product performance and results
- Manage your pipeline, keep CRM activity updated, and control your schedule
- Take full ownership of your territory and results
- Sales, dealership, or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and the discipline to work independently
- A valid driver�s license and reliable transportation
- A long-term mindset and a desire to grow professionally and financially
- Weekly pay
