Lead with Purpose: You'll be a hands-on leader, working alongside your crew to mentor, guide, and ensure every project is completed safely, with exceptional quality, and on schedule.â—
Build Relationships: Work in partnership with our sales team, providing clear communication and building lasting trust and confidence with farmers and ranchers.â—
Problem-Solve: Work in collaboration with your crew to solve complex technical challenges, utilizing your skills and the advanced tools from Valley Irrigation to deliver quality systems every time.â—
Manage the Mission: Handle project logistics and service calls, manage timelines and budgets, and prepare quotes with a sharp business eye.â— Leadership skills-someone others trust and respect
â— Hands-on experience in irrigation, plumbing, electrical, construction, engineering or similar trades
â— A sharp mind for logistics and customer communication
â— Comfortable using tech to support field operations
â— Mechanically inclined, solution-oriented
â— Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or obtainable within 6 months of hire)
