Mojo operates over 300 wells in Milam County Texas and is seeking an experienced

Operations Analyst to support our oil and gas field operations. This role will be responsible for analyzing production and maintenance data, managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and optimizing inventory control and parts purchasing. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of industry experience, be highly tech-savvy, and possess strong project management skills to ensure seamless operations across our well and tank assets. The job is a mixture of onsite and remote at the discretion of supervisor. This role requires hands-on management of field activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while leading a team of skilled workers.


Duties


  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
  • Analyze well and tank sensor data to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations.
  • Monitor field operations data to ensure compliance with production targets and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for operations monitoring.
  • Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
  • Manage the operation of heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, and forklifts.
  • Oversee pipeline construction and maintenance, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
  • Coordinate horizontal drilling projects, ensuring all mechanical aspects are executed efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards.
  • Train and mentor team members in rigging, heavy equipment operation, and construction best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, incidents, and compliance with safety regulations.


Inventory Control & Parts Purchasing


  • Manage inventory for critical parts, equipment, and consumables used in field operations.
  • Oversee purchasing and procurement, ensuring cost-effective ordering and availability of essential supplies.
  • Track usage trends and implement inventory optimization strategies.


Field Operations & Maintenance Support


  • Assist in scheduling rigs, workover projects, and maintenance activities.
  • Dispatch and track field personnel for breakdowns, workovers, and routine maintenance.
  • Maintain and analyze field logs to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime.


Experience


  • Proven experience in oil rig operations or related fields within the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in heavy equipment operation.
  • Familiarity with pipeline construction processes and horizontal drilling techniques.
  • Previous experience on construction sites with a focus on safety management.
  • Valid commercial driving license preferred; experience operating tankers is a plus.
