We are currently hiring a Safety & Environmental Manager who will be responsible for safety and environmental programs, conduct training regards to safety, and perform frequent safety audits. This position needs to ensure that all safety procedures and compliance's related to safety and environmental activities are followed.
Job Description:Manage facility safety programs
Conduct safety training sessions
Perform safety audits
Ensures regulatory reporting is completed accurately and timely
DOT experience required
Job Qualifications:
5+ year’s safety and environmental management experience
Experience in poultry or other food processing referred
Strong OSHA knowledge
Ability to multi-task and oversee activities for multiple locations
50% travel required (Alabama, Oklahoma, and Tennessee)
