Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Federal Benefits Specialist to join our team and service the Los Angeles, CA area. This will be a combination of working existing union accounts and cultivating relationships with new accounts.


This opportunity is 100% commission-based, which means unlimited earning potential and bonuses!


Responsibilities


  • Provide benefits counseling to federal employees
  • Insurance sales
  • Working local events at pre-established accounts
  • Assist in opening new accounts
  • Benefits reviews with customers
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Participating in union events
  • Maintaining marketing budgets and planning events at the local level


Experience


  • Resident Life/Health insurance license required
  • Additional certifications or licenses is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM
  • Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills with high sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both verbal and written


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
