  • Lead and motivate a dynamic team with positivity, accountability, and clear expectations
  • Ensure all attractions, events, and facilities are safe, clean, and running smoothly
  • Solve problems on the fly, whether thats a guest concern, staffing hiccup, or logistical challenge
  • Be available during peak times including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event days
  • Collaborate directly with ownership to help execute new ideas and improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in operations, events, hospitality, or agri-tourism
  • Strong work ethic - you dont clock-watch, you get the job done
  • Excellent people skills - you know how to manage, inspire, and hold a team accountable
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems quickly and creatively
  • Construction, farm, or event setup experience is a major bonus (but not required)
  • Hungry, humble, and ready to roll up your sleeves

Schedule:

  • Full-time, minimum 40 hours/week - often closer to 50+ hours, especially during busy seasons
