About Us: The Farm is Southern Utah’s premiere agri-tourism destination - a place where animals, families, food, and fun come together in unforgettable ways. From seasonal festivals and kids' camps, petting zoos, and pumpkin patches, we’re growing fast and need a powerhouse operations leader to help guide that growth.
Position Overview: We are hiring a Farm Operations Manager (or General Manager-type role) to oversee all day-to-day operations on the farm. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage people, projects, problems, and priorities - all with a positive, “get-it-done†attitude. You’ll work closely with ownership to turn vision into reality, and keep the wheels turning on everything from event builds to customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily farm operations, from builds and takedowns to staff coordination and guest experience
Lead and motivate a dynamic team with positivity, accountability, and clear expectations
Ensure all attractions, events, and facilities are safe, clean, and running smoothly
Solve problems on the fly, whether that�s a guest concern, staffing hiccup, or logistical challenge
Be available during peak times including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event days
Collaborate directly with ownership to help execute new ideas and improvements
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in operations, events, hospitality, or agri-tourism
Strong work ethic - you don�t clock-watch, you get the job done
Excellent people skills - you know how to manage, inspire, and hold a team accountable
Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems quickly and creatively
Construction, farm, or event setup experience is a major bonus (but not required)
Hungry, humble, and ready to roll up your sleeves
Schedule:
Full-time, minimum 40 hours/week - often closer to 50+ hours, especially during busy seasons
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed for events
