Job Summary:


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family/Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PNP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan with a focus on infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both family and pediatric primary care, and be dedicated to promoting wellness, managing chronic conditions, and treating acute illnesses in a culturally sensitive and family-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including well-child checks, immunizations, school physicals, and management of acute and chronic pediatric illnesses.
  • Diagnose and manage common conditions for patients across the lifespan in accordance with scope of practice.
  • Educate patients and families about health promotion, disease prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings (e.g., labs, imaging, developmental screenings).
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs.
  • Provide guidance to support staff and assist in training or precepting students if applicable.


Qualifications:


  • Master�s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) and/or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC or PPCNP-BC).
  • Current and unrestricted state RN and APRN license.
  • DEA license and prescriptive authority (or willingness to obtain).
  • BLS/CPR certification required; PALS preferred.
  • Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in pediatric or family practice preferred, but new grads with strong pediatric rotations may be considered.

  • Outpatient clinic setting
  • Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on accessible, preventive, and continuous care.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
