Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring our facilities are always in top condition for residents, staff, and visitors.- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Handle repairs including painting, patching, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in maintenance work areas.
- Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and seasonal exterior maintenance.
- Work with outside contractors when specialized repairs are needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and supplies used.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior maintenance experience preferred (especially in healthcare, residential, or assisted living settings).
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
