Full-Time| Friday - Monday | 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
$19.30 per hour.
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.
1. You will identify appropriate response/notification based on console indications or event(s) and according to security guidelines.
2. Respond immediately to emergency situations and operation of all fire command requirements.
3. Monitor Building Automated system equipment with property PM status in E-Maint.
4. Maintain a preventative maintenance program; review the program daily; update program per management.
5. Review building blueprints and understand locations of all life safety points and direct emergency responders to all locations.
6. Contact with team members, management, vendors, and contractors to complete multiple jobs through the Maintenance Management System.
7. Comply with all applicable codes, regulations and governmental agency directives for life safety and the National Fire Protection Agency.
8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
- Knowledge and ability to understand and work with CMMS within a complex facility.
- General understanding of all major building systems.
- Experience in Excel, Word and Outlook. Operate a Project Management, Work Order and Inventory Program.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Oral and written and interpersonal correspondence skills
