As a Facilities SIPP Coordinator at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for assuring that all Facilities maintenance and construction work on site progresses with the least amount of disruption to production and the site overall. You are responsible for working with Production Managers and Facilities Managers to coordinate all work affecting preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and construction efforts.
You will facilitate meetings with FAB Production managers and Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, and Construction managers. You will continuously foster working relationships with coworkers and tool owners to ensure effective communication and teamwork of all SIPP work being performed. You must be cognizant of the balance between the need to meet production schedules and the expectations of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and construction deadlines. You must be able to communicate to both sides of the same.
This Job also has a Help Desk element in which you will be required to assist all customers with questions regarding SAP, SIPPS questions, and Access to Facilities work groups. You will work with a high level of autonomy in decision making and leadership skills are necessary.
