Overview:
Coordinates assigned facility improvement and remodeling projects, works with staff throughout the facility to successfully complete projects. Using a defined process, project will include scope definition and clarification, cost estimating, assistance with funding approval and coordination of project completion. Appropriate documentation and financial accounting related to each assigned project is expected. Proper execution of the functions will ensure high quality patient care at the lowest possible impact cost to UnityPoint Health - Waterloo Market.
