We are seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations at Alpine Village. This role is crucial in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for both residents and staff. The Maintenance Director will be based in Northeast Nebraska, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional care.
- Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality of facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the operation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Manage budgets related to maintenance projects and repairs.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Proven experience in management within a facilities or maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a diverse team.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on efficiency and safety.
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
