KAPS Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Exploitation Scientist / Data Scientist to support mission-critical projects for the Intelligence Community. You will play a key role in applying advanced data science techniques and developing innovative solutions in support of national security objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement analytic workflows, data modeling, and geospatial analysis
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and teammates across locations
- Work with minimal supervision, while mentoring junior analysts
- Apply scientific methods and scripting (Python) to solve complex mission challenges
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to sit for a CI polygraph
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with JEMA
- Able to work on-site 40 hours per week (minimal telework flexibility)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with multi-INT (SIGINT, OSINT, ELINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT)
- Familiarity with Brewlytics, ArcPro, and geospatial analysis tools
- Proficiency in R, SQL, HTML, JavaScript
- Understanding of NGA/NRO systems and GEOINT collection
- Experience delivering embedded data science/automation support
- Comfortable working across remote teams and adapting to evolving technology

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
