We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and experienced
Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. Candidates must possess an active Nevada PILB Guard Card and have a strong background in maintaining safety and security in a professional environment.- Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate activity.
- Conduct routine patrols of the property (foot and/or vehicle-based).
- Monitor surveillance equipment and access points as needed.
- Report any suspicious behavior, incidents, or safety hazards promptly and accurately.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete detailed, and accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Enforce property rules and regulations in a respectful and professional manner.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Active Nevada PILB Guard Card - Required
- Minimum of 1 year of security experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
- Prior experience in residential, retail, or construction site security.
- Experience with incident reporting software or systems.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
- Valid driver�s license and clean driving record.
Full-time or part-time shifts available. Days, nights, and weekends may be required depending on site needs.
Competitive pay based on experience and site assignment. Pay details will be discussed during the interview process.
