We are a plaintiff’s side tenant’s rights firm with an immediate opening for an experienced litigation paralegal. Our ideal candidate is intellectually curious, a self starter, highly organized and a strong and persuasive writer.
We have an office in the Financial District but offer the opportunity for hybrid remote work.
- Has experience drafting and reviewing discovery
- Has great attention to detail;
- Is a confident, persuasive writer;
- Treats clients professionally and brings a positive attitude every day;
- Is comfortable communicating and working with clients of all walks of life to help them reach their goals;
- Is a self-starter, who takes ownership of their responsibilities and isn�t afraid to ask questions in order to grow and learn;
- Is proficient in Spanish (strongly preferred but not required);
- Is passionate about social justice and fighting for the underdog.
- Drafting complaints, written discovery requests/responses, and briefs;
- Managing and maintaining client files and staying on top of record requests;
- Working with clients to gather information and documents
