As the Executive Director, you’ll report to the Board of Directors and oversee all aspects of NewBo City Market’s operations, strategy, fundraising, and community engagement. You’ll lead a passionate team, build strong partnerships, and ensure the Market thrives as a cultural and economic engine for the region.

Fundraising & Partnerships: Lead donor relations, grants, and community partnerships to ensure financial sustainability.â—
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance to maintain a strong fiscal foundation.â—
Team Management: Recruit, develop, and inspire staff and volunteers to deliver on NBCM’s mission.â—
Public Engagement: Serve as the face of the Market, building visibility and trust across diverse audiences.What We’re Looking For
