We have an excellent opportunity for an associate with commercial litigation experience in private practice to join our Litigation team based in Green Bay, WI to facilitate needs for our global clients. The ideal candidate is proactive and will thrive in managing complex projects with strong attention to detail and within a high performing team.

• Conduct legal research; Draft memoranda, motions and briefs; Argue motions in court; Take and defend depositions; Assist with case and trial strategy and preparation; Provide inventive legal solutions that meet the challenges and objectives of our clients� most sophisticated and important disputes.
  

• 2+ years� experience in complex litigation matters including contract/commercial, antitrust, product liability, labor & employment and IP among other practice group litigation needs
  
• Excellent research, writing and drafting skills
  
• Proven ability to work within fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines and demands both internally and externally
  
• Possesses superior organizational and time management skills
  
• Ability to work full-time, including variable hours that flex with client transaction needs
  
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  
• Interest in a collaborative, intellectually stimulating environment with a strong desire to contribute to team and client success.
  
• J.D. from ABA accredited law school
  
• Admitted to practice or eligible for admission to practice in the State of Wisconsin
