Atento is seeking a dedicated and experienced

Customer Service Representative, with a strong background in Sales or Cross Selling. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to encourage health plan members to take advantage of an in-home screening as part of their benefits.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. In this sales healthcare position, you'll inform and guide members about this much-needed healthcare screening service, ensuring they understand its benefits.

Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) or just English. This is an onsite position


What would you do in this role:


  • Cross-Selling make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule in-home screenings.
  • Call centers experience a must.
  • Follow scripts at all times.
  • Provide detailed information about the screening process and answer any questions members may have.
  • Verify and update member information in the database.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with members.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless scheduling process.
  • Follow up with members as necessary to confirm appointments and address any concerns.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.


To become part of our team:


  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) at a minimum B2 level in English (both verbal and written).
  • Sales or Cross Selling experience is a must
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRMs, and standard office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Flexibility to work onsite and weekends as required.
