Gatton Park, Lexington’s newest outdoor concert venue and public park, is hiring reliable, physically capable individuals to join our Site Operations team for the 2025/2026 event season.
As part of the DLS Events crew, you’ll handle the real backbone of the show-moving equipment, setting up infrastructure, responding to whatever the day (or night) throws at you. This is seasonal, outdoor, labor-intensives work.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions: heat, rain, wind, mud-you name it
- Valid driver�s license preferred; experience with light machinery is a plus
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the concert schedule

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 35 per week
