Event Production & Experience Assistants. Work on the beach, in homes, and at top venues. Flexible part-time 1099 role for people who love events and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves.Pay
$15-$20/hour plus tips (definitely room for growth as we are looking for some superstars!)
What You’ll Do
- Load/unload, transport, and set up décor, picnics, and event installations
- Style tablescapes, backdrops; balloon arches
- Execute flawless setups on sand, indoors, and venue spaces
- Interact with clients and teammates with positivity and professionalism
- Follow timelines, checklists, and brand standards with precision
What We’re Looking For
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, reliable
- Comfortable lifting 20-40 lbs (use of a cart) and working outdoors (including beach conditions)
- Weekend availability; reliable transportation
- Event/hospitality or decor experience is a plus (balloons/backdrops a bonus)
Position Details
- Part-time . 1099 contractor . Flexible schedule
- Work sites across Sussex County (Rehoboth, Dewey, Long Neck & nearby)
- Growth opportunities on high-profile events (e.g., Chef Ben Robinson experiences/ Influencer events)
