- Complete quantity takeoffs.
- Solicit specialty contractors to obtain estimates.
- Maintain specialty contractor database to insure current information and inclusion of new potential bidders.
- Assist in preparation of request for proposal documents.
- Support management team in maintain and updating estimating software/database.
- Coordinate bid document sharing with all process stakeholders.
- Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you.
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor�s degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Familiarity with commercial estimating techniques and software: On-Screen Take off, Bluebeam, ISqFT, etc.
- Valid DL and good driving record
