We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients, enhancing their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic treatments and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Willow would like to provide both traditional facials as well as add on treatments, like dermaplaning, LED light therapy, and facial cupping.

• Perform a variety of esthetic services (traditional facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion)
  
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  
• Sanitate all tools and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and comfort of clients.
  
• Manage client appointments effectively, ensuring timely service delivery while maximizing customer satisfaction.
  

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with Virginia regulations.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage time efficiently while providing high-quality service.
  
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  
• Previous experience in sales within the beauty industry is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with hair threading techniques is advantageous.
