We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at MedWiz Pharmacy. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring their medication needs are met with precision and compassion.
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct patient consultations to provide medication therapy management and education.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medications as necessary for efficacy and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient interactions.
- Stay current with pharmaceutical advancements and best practices in medication management.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacy license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in clinical pharmacy or long-term care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and medication management protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
