The Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for the successful management, planning and reporting of a program of interrelated initiatives designed to execute on an enterprise-wide strategy. The Program Manager engages collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to articulate the goals and objectives of the program and to facilitate the development and execution of the initiatives to realize enterprise value. The Program Manager is accountable in a matrix relationship to Program Leadership Teams, and reports to the manager of the Enterprise Program Management Team. The Program Manager works closely with business area Project Managers overseeing and delivering individual projects within a program.
This position plays a key role in ensuring initiatives achieve stated objectives on time and on budget. With limited supervision, the Program Manager collaborates with and supports business area project teams to execute strategic business and technology initiatives. The Program Manager is a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with Senior Management and their staff to implement business strategy.
Position-Related Responsibilities* Manage and execute enterprise wide, cross-functional strategic programs that are of moderate to high risk and complexity providing coordination of multiple projects in a program.(Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.)
