Annual compensation $130,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)
On-site and travel between all Parker locations, Monday - Friday with flexibility

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor�s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years� experience as an HR generalist with a focus on employee relations, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws (federal, state, and local).
Strong coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with discretion.
Experience conducting complex investigations and drafting clear, concise reports.
Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
